And people think it's hard to find good help: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Top Notch Web Design and Development Needed Need a very professionally done front end website, back end CMS, reporting functions, dynamicly generated content for community section, search engine placement, flash animation, sales cdrom, and web translation services, WYSIWYG development, Relational DB design for an almost criminally low fee. Want/expect top notch work done, but are not willing to pay for it. Want to cheapen the web design industry down to it's lowest common denominator. Want to weed out all of the talent and make it so anyone half-ass can do web work for $10/hr. Must be profeccient with Flash, HTML, XML, Java, Servlets, ActionScript, ASP, Cold Fusion, C++, Soap, JSP, Linux and all/any other languages out there. Must also be comfortable with SQL databases, late or no payments, constant bitching for underpriced services, and no benefits, absurd time schedules, constant baraging of "can you do this a bit different" emails, and overall ass backwards project managerial skills.
